Introduction

Harlow Council is carrying out a consultation on Main Modifications to the Pre-Submission version of the Harlow Local Development Plan. The consultation runs from Thursday 12 March 2020 to Sunday 31 May 2020 (this has been extended by one month due to the Coronavirus pandemic). All relevant documents are available to view below. These are Modifications prepared by the Council, which comprise typography corrections, factual updates and consequential changes to the text and Policies Map, necessitated by the Main Modifications. The schedules are provided here for information only; the Inspector is not seeking comments on them.

Harlow Local Development Plan - Pre-Submission Version

This version of the Local Plan is the one which was submitted in October 2018 and examined in 2019-20. It is this version of the Plan which will be changed by the Modifications. It is provided here for information only; the Inspector is not seeking comments on it.
